Ingredients:
CORN DOUGH: Water, pre-cooked white corn meal enriched (niacin, iron, riboflavin, thiamine, and
folic acid, MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF SOY).
FILLING: Beef, chicken, Pork, bell peppers, onions, olives (manzanilla olives, water, minced pimento,
sodium alginate, guar gum, calcium chloride, potassium sorbate [as preservative], salt and lactic acid),
wine (wine, salt, potassium sorbate [preservative], potassium metabisulfate [preservative]), capers
(capers, water, salt, vinegar), raisins, chicken base (salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken flavor,
vegetable oil, garlic and spices), Worcestershire sauce (distilled white vinegar, molasses, sugar, water,
salt, onions, anchovies, garlic cloves, tamarind extract, natural flavorings, chili pepper extract),
annatto colored oil (corn oil, annatto), lard, coriander, complete seasoning (dehydrated vegetables
[garlic, onion], salt, monosodium glutamate [as flavor enhancer], spices, herbs, silicon dioxide [as
anticaking agent]), spices, salt.
GARNISH: Olives (same as above), capers (same as above), raisins, bell peppers, onions, shredded
chicken (cooked in water, salt and spices).
CONTAINS: ANCHOVIES, SOY.
INSTRUCCIONES PARA COCINAR:
NO DESCONGELAR. Cocine la Hallaca en agua hirviendo por aproximadamente 45 minutos y cuando la
temperatura interna alcance 165*F.
Remover las hojas de plátano al servir.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
DO NOT DEFROST. Cook Tamale in Boiling water for approximately 45 minutos and internal
temperature of 165*F is reached.
REMOVE THE INEDIBLE COVERING PRIOR TO SERVING.
